Powered by a Detroit Diesel 6V92 turbo after cooled engine rated at 350 horsepower. This engine is electronically controlled to maximize fuel economy and performance.The engine is coupled to an Allison 4 speed automatic transmission, which can be configured to drive the pump when necessary. The pump on this vehicle is a Waterous Company brand capable of delivering 1250 gallons per minute when drafting water from a static source such as lake, pond or, stream. Engine 20 also carries its own supply of water totaling 750 gallons in an enclosed tank within the body. A monitor gun is fitted to this vehicle capable of delivering 1000 gallons of water per minute. Breathing apparatus includes four complete self-contained breathing apparatus and three spare replacement bottles. Engine 20 also carries a wide assortment of nozzles and tools to support the fire suppression efforts.

Ground ladders include:
  • one 28-foot extension ladder
  • one 14 foot roof ladder
  • one 10 foot attic ladder.
Hose compliment includes:
  • 1000 feet of four-inch diameter
  • 900 feet of three inch diameter
  • 400 feet of two and one half inch diameter
  • 550 feet of one and three quarter inch diameter.
