Board of Trustees

The Deerfield Bannockburn Fire Protection District is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board is made up three trustees appointed by the Lake County Board, each serving a staggered three-year term. While the Fire Chief is tasked with managing the day to day operations, the Board of Trustees is ultimately responsible for all District business.

The Board of Trustees generally meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00PM at the District Headquarters Fire Station, 500 Waukegan Road, Deerfield. All Board of Trustees meetings are open to the public.
