It is the mission of the Deerfield-Bannockburn Fire Protection District Foreign Fire Insurance Board to receive and account for revenues from the 2% tax on fire insurance policies sold by foreign (out of state) insurance companies, and to use such funds for the maintenance, use, and benefit of the department, as set forth in the Illinois state statutes. The foreign fire insurance board meets regularly during the year and additionally when required by law. All regular meetings start at 7:30 a.m. and are held in the conference room at the district headquarters station #20 which is located at 500 Waukegan Road, Deerfield, IL 60015. The foreign fire board members are:
